  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can schedule online here or give us a call at 832-712-2442.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Ameritas, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, United Concordia, and more. If you have an insurance provider that isn’t in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

  • Do you accept HMOs?

    No, currently we do not accept HMOs.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our office partners with third-party payment providers, including CareCredit or Cherry. Each has convenient monthly payment plans. And if you don’t have insurance, we encourage you to join our dental savings plan, which covers your preventive care for a monthly fee.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our office hours are:

    Monday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    Thursday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. (By Appointment)
    Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
    Saturday: Closed
    Sunday: Closed

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Your appointment length can vary, depending on what service, treatment, or consultation you receive.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    For your first appointment, please bring any X-rays you’ve had taken at previous dental offices (if applicable), a valid form of ID, a summary of what medications you are taking and what health concerns/conditions you have, and your dental insurance card (if using insurance). You can also access and complete your new patient forms here.

  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    Our team suggests having a cleaning and checkup twice a year. However, we may recommend more frequent checkups, depending on your specific oral health needs.
